hockey22 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 iam having trouble with push-ups with full gear on. when i do pushups with out my gear i do fine, but when iam in full gear (i play travel roller) i get a pain in my pecs. i also get the same pain in my abs. last season we had to do the same thing. my friend whos are goalie has the same problem. does anybody know what i can do to stop the pain in my pecs. and abs? Eazy_b97 1 Report post Posted September 26, 2004 I always accounted the pain in my abs from my feet. They tend to slide and almost replicated those wheel out crawl position ab machines.
