Kynetyk, Compro or Ballistic Sticks

Recommended Posts

I would like to give one of these companies a shot. Any feedback would be great.

I'm looking for puck feel #1, mid-flex (not that important), and durabliity. For puck feel, the shaft size is also important, I have small hands.

Thanks

Check out the long term review section, tonnes of reviews on the ballistik sticks.

I read those and they were definitly helpful. There was also good reviews on the Compro on a different web site.

Just looking for some more opinions though.

I didn't mention it in my review but the 52 cal ballistik has a rounded, concave shaft, definitely would feel good in small hands. I'm not sure what they cost, but it definitely blew me out of the water with how well it felt.

I think I may go with these guys and the reason may seem weird, but I have used their bats before and they are regarded by many as the best.

Thanks for the help.

From what the guy at Compro told me;

E2 – high end senior stick

E2X – Senior stick used in the NHL

We have the following patterns: Drury, Lidstrom, Modano, Sakic

Flexes: 85, 95, 105

We also have last season’s models

E3X – this is the ‘08/’09 model of the E2X

E4X – same, only taper shaft

Have the Drury, Lidstrom, Modano & Sakic patterns

Flexes: 85, 95, 105, 115

I didn't end up getting the E2X because the girl called me back and said that the warehouse was going to charge me 25 for handeling fees. So with the shipping, handeling and stick it came closer to $100 then $50.

They are based out of Canada and there warehouse is up there, so it will probably be cheaper for Canadians.

These people were very honest and helpful and I don't think the girl I was talking with new the warehouse was going to charge this fee. She called me immidiatly to make sure I still wanted it at that price.

You can still buy sticks directly from Compro & some of our discontinued sticks are still priced @ $50.00. We have some really good prices on our Current line, the EX10 & VX10.
