ok, so ive now skated on my x60's for the best part of a month, and after having 3 months off the ice due to it being off season, i thought upon getting the new skates id just keep the 263 runners (size 7.5 skate). On my previous 2 pairs of XXXX's I switched up the runners from the first skate to 272. Now the problem I have in the UK is LHS are pretty poor when it comes to skate accessories etc. And with the exporting of bauer stuff from US/Canada, its difficult to get this kinda thing. Can anyone help/advise on what i could do!?

So you want to go up a size in runners or you don't? I don't really see the dilemma.

i think he wants to go up in size but isnt sure on were to get them cause his lhs doesnt have alot of skate accessories but i might be wrong..the only thing i could think of is maybe try some websites if not maybe ebay but im sorry i cant give you a solid answer

Yeah ive looked at hockeymonkey eu, and with shipping its gonna cost £192 (about $320), more than half the price of what i paid for the skates!

hm...my guess would be to find a used pair of skates on ebay and use theyr holders ?

www.hockeymonkey.eu make sure its that one , they are based in sweden and it only cost me around 30 pounds (i live in the uk myself) for my shippin on my stick and some shin guards

i just priced it and it says 132 euro - £113 including shipping to sotland

I Wouldnt have thought the Runner/Holder would cost that much :o
