Stainless Steel vs Fasteel Runners

On the previous low-end Bauer skates, the runners used to be called Fasteel, which I believe were carbon covered in foil.

On the current line, the low-end Bauers now have stainless steel. My question is, are these stainless steel runners rebranded Fasteels or are they really stainless steel which means they are superior to the old Fasteels?

I'd imagine its actually stainless steel... otherwise law suits would take place for false advertising.

It's stainless, not Fasteel anymore.
