Need help/advice regarding these skates (Photo inside)

Im being offered these skates for £140 and am unsure as to their value as I cant get info on them, they look like a conversion though.

Any details spec would be much appreciated.

the boot says "Pro R" on the side and say sfl on the side also, incase that helps identify them.

Also i am currently skating on nike quest 1 zoom air inline skates, from 6 yrs ago, are they a similar fit at all?
