What do you mean by leg drive and how do you do it? I need you to be specific, please.

This really isn't the place for a long discussion on shooting, this is a topic on the ISOarm product. There are already several topics, many of them extremely long, with a lot of information about shooting. That said, the best way to learn is to hire a good coach as verbal descriptions are far too easy to get incorrect without pictures and immediate feedback as to how closely you are following the directions.
