sizing between RBK and Bauer

Currently i'm using one75 8EE. Well, Still can go down to 7.5EE as it only .5 cm difference, am i right?

So, being a flat footed person, I'm willing to buy Rbk. After searching on many sites, the conclusion is, from Bauer, go down .5 size to Rbk. And that means if my bauer is 7.5, my Rbk would be 7. Is that true?

About the width, how much the gap between EE on supreme with E on Rbk? As i need wider toecap and wider mid area, i have no idea about what width i should go with. Is D on Rbk is equals to EE on one75 or should i take E on Rbk?

if you're wearing an 8 now don't go down to 7, 7.5 would work, however 8 will be fine as well for you. the sizing isn't too drastic imo to go down .5. Actually i am wearing one95s and i tried on 9ks for the heck of it, and i needed to go from an 11D to a 11.5E. so, maybe it would be best to try them on before getting them? I know my foot didn't grow, because skates feel the same, and i tried on a new pair of one95s and an 11D is what i needed as well....
