twiztidwrista10 3 Report post Posted October 14, 2009 Hey guys I may be picking up what are allegedly Sean Avery's returned Kor Shift 1's. I have two questions regarding these skates:1) Assuming he baked them, can I bake them again? How many times (max) should I bake them? 2) I read that there were two generations of the Shift 1's, is there any way to tell the 1st generation from the 2nd? Thanks in advance guys.-GregP.S. I tried these skates a few years back, during my competitive hockey days, at a prospect camp and enjoyed them very much. That is my reason for looking into picking up this pair. I think I remember something unusual/specific about the baking process with these skates though. I believe it had something to do with standing up after baking or something along those lines (I could be completely off on this). Soo, any hints and/or tips about the baking process with the Shift 1's would be very much appreciated. Thanks again.
