skate blade profiling in dallas area

normally i just skate on factory steel, no profiling. i just purchased step velocity steel for my skates and skated in them for the first time. i feel like i am in goalie skates because of all the extra material the step runners have at the front and rear of the blade, compared to the factory ccm runner. i'd like to have someone profile my runners to the factory ccm curve. who in dallas is an experienced profiler (not just a sharpener)? i'm nervous to let anyone profile the blades, especially when most people can't even sharpen right.

No one else I know of who even has the radius bars that I would trust.
