I'm looking for the upper half of a two pice pant ( Tackla or Jofa )...xl

BTW, you know the Jofas and Tacklas are pretty different when it comes to protection?

The Tacklas just have more padding. The 7000 is a copy of the Tackla 5000 (not the "X" version)

A lot more padding and the Jofas aren't as square. Tacklas are about an inch taller in the hips and back and the Jofas don't have the second belt on the uppers, just lace up. The belly pad is obviously different.

Also some uppers and lowers don't mate real well. I've seen where some uppers can interfere with the lowers due to pad sizing and placement. I have my beloved Tackla 5000 Pros in Detroit and TBL versions, and also just put together another Detroit setup with a Tackla 5000 Pro upper and Reebok lower which I'm going to use tonight.

Right, a copy of the regular 5000.

The regular 5000 is still taller in the hips just not in the back. The Jofa 7000s are rather short in the hips. :)

Thanks , I check Ebay religiously, that is where I got the jofa bottom...which I really like

I took the thigh pads out of my girdle and am using that for the upper half protection right now.
