$850 for a 20" LCD glossy widescreen, 2.66 GHz core 2 duo, 2 gigs memory, 320 gb hard drive, 256 mb nvidia graphics card, integrated wifi and bluetooth, OSX Snow Leopard (with Time Machine backup), iLife...doesn't seem overpriced to me.

I spent a few years working at Geek Squad and fixed thousands of PC's...saw one Mac that needed a memory upgrade. Switched to OSX and won't go back.

Wow, I'm surprised by that. That's a tower tho right? Do they have a lapper under 1K?

Got some clothes surround sound for the mancave and an lg chocolate touch and some clear sticker case called invisibleSHIELD it's amazingly durable. Supposedley it's millitary grade

Found out about invisibleSHIELD when my wife's diamond earrings cut the glass screen of her Motorola Q9c. We agree, it works!

Yeah they have a bunch of YouTube videos showing their durability. The only downside of it is that the installation is kind of dificult.
