When Mission bought Itech, the HC95 became the M95. Was this helmet the inspiration for the Mission Intake? Now that the intake is virtually gone from all new stock, where could I find a helmet similar in fit to the Intake?

The back plate on the intake was the same as the HC100. I know the back plate on the early models were still stamped HC100, no idea if they ever changed that.

Would a NBH 3500 be an acceptable replacement? I'm in rather dire need of one, as I need a black helmet(as opposed to Itech's Gold) to officiate, and on top of that, my helmet's certification has just ran out.

One of the online retailers still has some Intakes available I believe. Can't recall which one though... maybe HM or HG?

See, i'm a bit of a fathead. I need a size large, the helmet choices, and especially the color choices are EXTREMELY limited if I buy closeout. I'd need probably nothing short of a miracle, or $100 to find the intake in Large Black.
