Nhl Fines Atlanta Player?

I was watching sportscentre this morning, and as they were talking about the lockout, one of the guys said that an Atlanta player had been fined 250 k for saying something. Does anyone know what he said/who he was?

They fined the owner for saying they would use replacement players for next year.
