Midweek games

Depends when the game is. I usually try to make sure I bring a good lunch to work and a good dinner if the game is at 6-7. Nothing huge because I'll eat after but enough to give me energy. If it's later I'll try to eat when I get home and just relax. Maybe lie down or watch some hockey if it's on. I've reffed before playing games and that has never been a problem as it warms the feet up.
