hi i just bought an easton carbon 9001 and i was wondering if anyone has tried this stick ?

if its anything like the octane, its in my opinion a piece of junk. They have problems of splitting near where you put the blade in.

well i just got back and i found out this is the greatest stick in the world

.......... well not really but its good non the less i can take great slapshots with it but i cant take wristers

thats true easton just does it to sell more sticks. its the shooter not the stick

I've got an E-Flex and a Carbon 9001. The E-Flex cracked near the blade end, so I flipped it and it hasn't cracked again. I've had no problems with the 9001.

Decent entry level....not going to win any performance tests or anything...heavier than the expensive OPS/Shafts, but they seem to do the job.
