Since it looks like you've found some help, I'll do a bit of thread-jacking after trying some searching.

I'm trying to remove my ear pieces from my 6k- is there a way to do so without cutting it out. I can pull one side out but not sure how to get the other.

*Please feel free to leave out posts concerning your thoughts on removing the ear piece and rule citations.

Push it down when holding the helmet upside down. Should snap off.

they don't screw in the reebok?

As I found out about an hour ago... nope!

Still hate the aesthetics of this helmet, but it sure is comfy.
