Lightspeed blade screw

I have a pair of Vapor XX in which I replaced the perferated blade with a solid one. I have developed a rattle in the front portion of one of my skates when you tap it on the ground. I checked the screw and it is tight. I loosened the screw to the point it moved back in forth inside the holder and the rattle stopped. My question is how tight should the screw be tightened? I tightened it up snug and the rattle came back.
