With the addition of NHL network and convincing my wife to let me get Center Ice this year not to mention Versus and MSG, the amount of games I've watched this year is astounding to me. The one thing that really bothers the hell out of me though are these obnoxiously loud horns after the home team scores. Now don't get me wrong, I'm all for something to get the fans psyched when the home team scores and I can even deal with the horns when its blown ONCE. These arenas though that blow these deafening horns three and four times are ridiculous. It sometimes drowns out the tv announcers. I'm a Ranger fan and in MSG when they score a horn is blown but afterwards they play some song. I'm not saying I'm in love with the song but at least it's not deafening.
