JRUKUS 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 I haven't tried either of those wheels, but I've tried others with similar hubs and I found that the end up cracking around the bearing. I have revision wheels right now and they are lasting way longer than any other wheel I've tried. You can get them at inlinewarehouse.com.

JRUKUS 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 I've got the revision Variant wheels, my skates came with the gold series on them, but I found them too soft for my weight (200lbs), so I switched to the bronze series that they sent with my skates as extras for free and it doesn't feel as spongy when I push off. I've been skating on them for 3.5 months now and I just rotated them last week and I play twice a week on a concrete rink. Tons of life left in the wheel yet. Blueshockey6 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 I've got Rink Rats on my Mission Soldier SE's, they came with the skates, got them back 2nd week in Dec, I played 3-4 times a week on sportcourt and ref 4-5 games on Saturdays so it's about time to switch wheels
JRUKUS 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 My RBK's came with rink rats I think and they blew out in 2 weeks so 4 games. Pretty crappy. Mind you I skate pretty agressivly, lots of stopping and hard turns.
sdcopp 1 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 a budget friendly wheel that you can beat on has Labeda Gripper written all over it
dreww 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 Out of the 3 wheels you initially posted. Two are 78a and one is a 76a hardness. 78a is a pretty hard indoor wheel unless your a big dude.
Chad Seibel 2 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 a budget friendly wheel that you can beat on has Labeda Gripper written all over itI agree with this statement. The Labeda Gripper is tried and true. Best wheel for that mone
silverclrk 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2010 a budget friendly wheel that you can beat on has Labeda Gripper written all over itIMO this is the best all around wheel it works on multiple sport court type surfaces takes a beating doesn't cost all that much and will generally get the job done. If you are looking for a low cost wheel that will get some games under the belt this is the way to go.

Scotty 8 Report post Posted April 15, 2010 Been using the Rink Rats for about 6 years now and wouldn't change it for a thing. They hardly ever chunk and take a while to wear.
sdcopp 1 Report post Posted April 15, 2010 Budget seems to be a concern for him though. I like Rink Rat and Revision both and think you really can't go wrong with either. They will run more than Grippers though, and at $5 a wheel the Gripper is a tough wheel to beat. Formula G's are the other wheel in that price range I'd personally ever suggest. They hardly ever chunk and take a while to wear.I have Rink Rats on my mission soldiers right now, ive been skatng in them since January, rotated a few times but it's time to change the wheels, I do look to stay under $45-$50 for a set of wheels.I have been replacing them with Labeda shooters, my local play it again sports sells them for $3.50 a wheel...Not a bad price but they usually don't last real longhttp://www.inlinewarehouse.com/descpage-LSAPW8.html
sdcopp 1 Report post Posted April 16, 2010 Shooters are mediocre, Grippers or Formula Gs are what you want to look into then in that price, both will perform fine. Since you're on Sportcourt Revision Variants or RR Hornets would be good choices too, but will push your price higher, more in the $70-80 range.

Rogueldr 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2010 i'm a bigger dude than you. Labeda addictions FTWAlthough the Addictiona are IMHO the best wheel out right now he did say he wants to keep the price down and they are NOT cheap. My vote for good cheap wheels are the Formula G's.
