Well Turco still hasn't been signed but expressed interest about playing in Philly. The problem is, he still wants more than they are willing to pay him. The Flyers will most likely be getting rid of Gagne, who has started talking to teams directly, because his cap hit would be 5.25 mill and I think they are already 2.5 mill over the limit right now.
