Bake time for Mission L7?

Picked up Wade Belak's old skates he wore while in Toronto......Am going to have them baked to fit, and was wodering if anyone has a bake time? They are custom Mission Pure L7.

Do pro's wear socks in their skates?

I would just go to a LHS and get them to bake and get it fitted there.

The LHS will know? Just wanted to make sure.....have heard stories of store employee, baking too long and ruining skates....I love these skates....will post a couple pics!

where are you located?

Most LHS are good here in toronto. But i mean we have some higher end hockey stores that are world class in service.

Plus they have that skate baking machine.
