Are they one size fits all?

Yes. There is currently only one size - Adult. They say they fit size 7 and up and have gotten them on skates as big as 13-14. My skates are size 8 and they fit very nicely. They are right and left specific and are formed in the shape of the skates.

They are currently developing a Junior size also.

any idea if the product that Majer hockey and Just Hockey is the official skate fender brand? it doesn't seem to be described as that brand on their online ebay store/

Seems well worth the money if it saves you from breaking a foot. :P
