One95 Pro stock skate problem

Does any one have any clue what could have happened to this skate?

Just one public skate. Baked at proper temp for 3 mins. Done that to a bunch of same model pro stock One 95 skates from HG. This is the first problem of a kind. Skates sold to a customer. He sent me the pictures. I didn't get a chance to see the skates in person yet.

Speaking of the pros stock One95s from HG - most of them (if not all) have oversized holders. One pair came with bent blades. One pair has blue graphics on one holder and red graphics on the other holder.

the gap there between the toe and the boot? mine (not pro stock) came that way, some of the stitching was coming undone as well, I burned it down with a lighter.

I don't have an answer to the first part, but the second part I had a problem with them at first too. The first pair they sent me one skate had LS2 blade and the other had LS2 power blade. They took the pair back and sent me ones that had LS2 on both.

I have a pertty good relationship with HG. I am sure they'll take care of the problem. Yet, they don't have that particular size in stock any more, unfortunately.
