Hockeyman9621 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2004 In an effort to make a Brett Hull like shaft. (I normally use 90-100 flex)I did the whole deal with drilling the hosel out and getting the full length of the shaft. So anyways, what size blade can I put in there? I'm not done filing the blade totally and was wondering if I can fit a sr. tapered blade? Thanks a lot for the help.
thejackal 46 Report post Posted October 24, 2004 You can't put anything in the plug end (too small for SR, too round for JR), and maybe a Jr tapered blade on the tapered end.
kovalchuk71 212 Report post Posted October 25, 2004 I fit a int. tapered in mine......but how low did you cut? I cut right in the middle of the "evil M" and it fit an int. blade perfectly...

I can easily round a jr. ---Kovy, I cut it below that - right where the blade meets the shaft.
