Thepandamancan 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2010 So I'm attempting to put an Itech Pro Wave shield on my Easton S9 large helmet. There's a fairly large gap that I need to fill (I think about a half inch on each side). Instead of buying a real spacer kit, I'm just gonna head down to the hardware store and get some screws and washers. To those of you who have gone this route, what did you get? Any specific sizes? I figure some sort of rubber/plastic washer would work.

srv2miker 0 Report post Posted August 5, 2010 When I needed spacers for my visor, Home Depot had the perfect plastic clear/opaque spacers in the same section as the other washers. 8 1/4 inch washers did the trick (I needed to buy longer screws too), but I was able to mount a Heatley-style 1xcel onto my old CCM bucket.
