i ordered a synthesis blade from a store off ebay and after 4 times of using it, it craked right up the middle of the bottom. i called their customer service number and the lady was no help at all. i move away from using synergies and hope the synthesis combo will last longer but really its costing me more money. what should i do and who should i contact? thanks

blades dont come with a warranty, theres really nothing you can do. switch blades to an inno or r2
