SALE SLATED: The Flames' annual used equipment sale will be held during the Hitmen's game Saturday against Moose Jaw. Doors open at 6 p.m. To attend, you must have a game ticket for the Hitmen/Warriors clash.

Well, I guess I will be going to the Hitmen game this Saturday after all...

Unfortunately, most of the equipment that shows up for the Flames' Used Equipment Sales is pretty beat up. From time to time, there are some cool finds but for the most part the gear is on its last legs.

I would imagine that there might be a whole schwack of practice jerseys available with the NHL moving towards Reebok Vector branded gamewear for the next available season. I may be able to pick up a bunch so that would be cool. After the Pro Player debacle I managed to pick up authentic practice jerseys for $35 CAD each.

I'll keep you guys posted if there is anything of consequence at the sale.

Good Call reaper.. I am totally wanting one of those practice Jerseys with the white "C" on it. I work on saturday and Im from outta town but I may try to fenagle someting to drive up there.
