Easton E-Pro Gloves

Recommended Posts

Hello - I have been using Pro Stock E-Pros 14" for about a month and change and I keep getting blisters on the top of both my index fingers (specifically my distal inter-phalangeal joints). I try to remedy this by using some surgical tape (healthcare worker) across the top of both my index fingers but frankly, it's quite annoying to have to do this. Just looking for some insight on why this is happening to some advice on what I can do to prevent any more blistering. Thanks!

Are the gloves pretty well broken in or are they still pretty stiff and new feeling? I know I've had a few pairs of gloves that rub my hands funny, but once they're broken in the rubbing goes away.

The most noticeable was a pair of 15" Rbk gloves, I would get rubbing on the top of my thumb for about 2 weeks, but after that the rubbing was gone and hasn't come back.

I would say they are just about broken in, worn about 8-10 times for 2 hours at a time. Last night I put some of that surgical tape inside the glove just where it was rubbing my finger. The thing is, I don't feel it at all when I play its just after I'm done, the blisters are there and its not pretty. If the problem persists, I guess I can always go back to my XXV's.

The EQ50's and S19's I have have a soft liner at the back of the fingers. I guess the E-Pro doesn't have that?
