Don't know if this has been posted before but I do find this comical. I believe over 50% of the guys on this forum is of the Gear Bitches variety (which is a lot considering that there are only about 1-2 per team) :P . Most of us are just gear whores :P.

I enjoyed the article but I think those categories are more for players that have been getting free gear for a while. I know some here have played a high enough level to get gear for free but I'm willing to bet more than 50% of the regular readers here have never been out fitted head to toe for free. So I think we value the gear differently than Bourne and his peers.

It would be fun to make up categories for the gear whore here.

One of the happiest days of my life, will be when I'm outfitted head to toe in free gear. Also, the day I get to see a Hockey Monkey Superstore. For the categories, I guess they can "specialize" in different categories. Aka, stick whores, glove whores, pro stock lovers..there's probably more.
