Elbow pad advice/opinion

I was all set to pick up a pair of Easton ST16 elbow pads but my lhs did not have my size. As an alternative, I tried on a pair of Reebok 6K's with the kinetic fit system and they seemed somewhat comparable though I was not able to try the ST16's and the 6K's on side-by-side. I am sure that either would afford great protection. However, does anyone have any experience with either of these? Opinions on durability, protection, etc.? Thanks.

Either one will be fine for you, especially if you have a shirt that has sticky elbows.

I wear 4Ks and haven't had a problem with the protection being inadequate or slippage. I'm actually quite pleased with them.

I wear the top of the line 11k and the protection is fantastic but sometimes on a hard wrist slap or snapshot it also slipps down. So what i want to say is that i think a little slip is on all elbows and the protection is good on both elbows you have mentioned. Go with the elbows you feel the best fit try different elbows. The feel makes it and your personal preferences.

Is there any reason that you chose the SE16 over the S19? I have S19's and love them, they stay in place and move freely. They might be worth a look if only for comparison sake.

Spike: it was the ST16's. Chose them b/c their price was reduced to 39.99 and not really looking to spend much more for beer league level play. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Finally found both ST16's and 6K's at the same store. Tried both on and the ST16's felt more comfortable so I bought those. Thanks to all who took the time to comment.
