The X:60 is a fairly new glove. Probably have to keep checking eBay until a pair makes it way on there or wait until an end of the season caps sale or something.

If by Capitals glove you mean a pro stock X60 in the team's colors, than yeah, see above: you will probably have to wait for Caps equipment sale although I'm not sure if any players would be sporting 13" gloves.
