There's no fake pro stock equipment. Either it is or it's retail or smu stuff that people claim as pro stock
CheesePlz 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2010 Or custom orders such as the 4-rolls and x60's that TSR orders. They claim they are pro stock but they are clearly custom ordered. I'm talking about the ones with "The Whale" or "TSR" stitched on. They are still good though.

There used to be a seller on eBay who would buy regular gloves then stitch a players name into and sell it for twice as much...read over on gameworn and there is awhole bunch of stuff about that

If you're buying it to use, pay what it's worth. Anyone willing to pay double because it's "pro stock" deserves to get ripped off.
NextBobbyOrr 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2010 Not fake, but note that the TPS R8 and R10 say like "Certified Pro Stock" or something like that. No it's not a bad glove, their fantastic but I thought that they were indeed legit pro stocks when I first saw them(long time ago). I dunno why they put that though. Chadd 916 Report post Posted December 1, 2010 actually, they put it on the R1's 2's and 4's as well...marketing?They weren't doing that initially and that was when I asked about it. At the end they were doing just about anything to sell product.
