Difference in Easton gloves

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

Just wondering if there's a HUGE difference between the EQ3 and the EQ5 or EQ50 gloves? I'm looking online and see a big price difference, but would I be able to feel the difference in these gloves?

Thanks for your help!

There is a HUGE difference in protection and feel. the 3's dont have plastic inserts , the palm is much thicker , and the cuff is quite long. The 3 is a really good glove for 50 bucks , but if you can spring the x-tra cash , go with the 5's or 50's.

EQ5 are made of synthetic leather and nylon and EQ5 is just nylon. IceWarehouse also says the EQ50 is lighter but I can't tell for sure. And the EQ3 well it's basically a cheaper glove with less protection and no adjustable cuff

As far as the retail versions go:

the E-PRO has the most volume of all of them , "classic 4 roll fit".

the eq3 and eq5 have the same fit , wich is almost "classic 4 roll" , it just a bit more snug in the backhand.
