It was before, however I have acquired two red ones since then. Total stands at 2 red, 3 green, 3 dark green, and two black. 25 blades.

Standard length. I'm 5' 8" and I use a shorter stick.

So 48" ? Mine is cut down to 44"

Yup. I believe you got the one that was cut when I got it. Had a plug in it and I cut it to 48".
