Easton E Pro and Warrior Franchise

Recommended Posts

I am going to be getting some new gloves soon and I want to know what people think of the Easton E Pro compared to the Franchise? Is the E Pro the same as the Easton Pro stock Four Roll glove?

Thanks.

The $80-99 E-pro? No it is not the same as the prostock. From what I have read it is a pretty poorly constructed glove. A pro quality E-pro will have the silver lining in it.

I have the e-pro w/ silver lining and am very pleased with them. Never tried the franchise before so I can't compare. The palms have extra material on them and are very durable. Great lightweight glove IMO. Don't think you'd be dissapointed.

I've been using the Warrior Franchise/MIA gloves for about 3 years now. They are by far my favorite gloves. If you want a protective glove that will last, I recomend Warriors/Eagle or something similar. I've never tried E-Pro glves so I can't comment, Pro Stock is almost always going to be better than retail gloves if they fit properly. My second pair of Warrior's/Mia's were customized with a nice extra palm lining and lasted a nearly a full season. You should go to your LHS and try some different pairs on so you can find what fits/suits you best.

I've used both and if you can find a pair of actual pro-stock E-pros 4-rolls then you will be happy with either pair. They are both very light. I liked the palm on the Eastons better, but the pair I got was used and the palm is getting holes in it after only about 5 uses. I spent a lot less on the Easton's though, so it's still a better deal even if I have to get them re-palmed.
