Can I fix my Bauer X-60 one piece?

Hi there,

I managed to break the blade of my X-60 last night, is it possible to saw off the bottom of it and turn it into a shaft?

Any advice would be appreciated :-)

Absolutely you can. Since the x:60 is a true one piece, you dont have to worry about getting the blade and hosel out.

Ok so shaft has been cut down to the same length as an old X-20 (non-tapered) shaft I have. The shaft walls seem faily thick, is it just a case of buying a tapered blade and chucking it in like I would a regular 2 piece?

Try and cut it down so you don't loose to much shaft and can still put a tapered blade in.
