SouthpawTRK 1 Report post Posted March 4, 2011 I headed over to Sharks Ice last night to watch a EE game (lowest level league is EEEE). I saw a few d-men who were only good for dumping the puck down to the other end of the rink. They weren't too effective in helping their own teammates with their heads-down passing. On the other hand, it looked like there were a good players that were playing down a level or two as their skills were much better than everybody else. Either that or they're just sandbaggers...Out of curiosity what teams did you watch? No matter what league you will eventually end up in, there will always be guys that are playing down. It's pretty frustrating and obvious when guys drop down for a game; there will be like one guy that skates end to end with the puck. The one player (hopefully not more than one) will cut through the opposing team like they were papier mache! Or you will see guys that are playing in a division that they should not; they lack the skill and experience; but are on the team due to they are friends with the better players on the team.
