I bought new TOUR skates but used skates is delivered

My sister ordered TOUR tabu skates few month ago from totalhockey.net for me.

because she lives in Usa and i live in Korea.

and she had plan to visit Korea for business with skates.

However her business was canceld and she sent skates using USPS from usa to korea.

finnally, i received the skates yesterday.

but i really disappointed because the delivered one is used skates .

It looks that someone skates 2~3 times and back to shop and sold my sister again used product.

So i sent complain mail and contacted using live help like messager service.

They said you don't say anything within a month, it passed long time, so don't have responsible for back.

i know hockey is tuff sports and skates will be old fast.

but their support attitude feel me crazy.

I feel for you. I know its hard to get good equipment in certain places. But the companies have polocies for a reason and they have to stick by them. Its the only way to run a good consistant business. Sorry

I understood they have policies. also it is ruled by them for many reason.

Also I didn't followed their policies and i've reposible too.

but the reason why i'm angry , they didn't check their stock condition.

i thinks they have to check skates condition when stock is returned and is out.

but they didn't check well, finally scrached skates is delivered to another customer.

I'm not saying this to be harsh, just asking: didn't your sister check them? I realize that they were ordered for you but couldn't she have checked to make sure the proper item was delivered, especially knowing that you couldn't and you are in another country. With damage like that, you don't have to be a hockey player to realize that new skates shouldn't look like that.

she checked item model and size(she notfied me when she received by mail) , but not detail.

I guess she didn't recognize the scratch because skin of Tabu is very shinny and

also she thinks herself don't need to check detail and i didn't requested detail check.

Of course That is our mistake.
