Oakley visor question

Due to a recent close call, I have decided to switch up my visor.

I have decided to go with the Oakley vr910 (the Heatley fish bowl).

My question is, hockeymonkey sells the visor, but when I'm ordering it asked me for a size, either Medium or Large. Does this size refer to the size of the shield ie: how low the visor comes down to the chin, does the sizing have more to do with junior/adult sizes or is it related to helmet size? I have no clue.

You are right. The size refers to how low the shield comes down. The one pictured, and the one heatley wears is the large. Used to use one myself, but now back to pro straight.

Sorry, I thought in the chat room you were talking about the regular Oakley visors, not motorcycle visors...yes, those come in two sizes

If you want the most coverage get the large. Especially if you wear an adult med/large helmet. If you get the medium visor it'll just fit like any of the other Oakley visors in terms of coverage. I have the fishbowl and like it. Covers most of my face and just the bottom of my chin are is exposed. Reminds me of the visors in the Tron 2 movie :)

Butt end up in the visor.....came was too close to my eye.
