Tuuk Holder Template (for Heel Lifts)?

So I'm trying to make my own set of heel lifts for my Tuuk LS2 272mm holders.

I've got the material I want to use and I'm all set with my dremel and various shop tools, but I need a template. Does anyone have a template for the heel flange on a Tuuk holder?

Alternatively, if anyone has a spare 272mm holder, I'm looking for a favor: if you have a scanner, could you hold the heel flange flat on the scanner and upload the pic? Then I could size it correctly and print it out as a template.

I know this is a long shot, but short of removing my holders (which I don't want to do) or buying a spare 272mm, that's my only option. Thanks in advance!

Take out the rivets, slide the material in, trace, pull out, cut, drill, install.
