Dan_The_Man_16 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2004 Heres the deal, I'm looking to buy a new 1100 with soft grip. I currently am using a TPS Stiff flex Tri-Core ProRadius. I also have a 85 flex Easton Synthesis shaft, which has been used for about a year. I am afraid that the 260 Inno might be too flexy becasue it is only slightly stiffer then the Easton; but I have also heard that the 85 flex tapered shafts seem to have slightly more flex then a regular 85 flex standard shaft, can anyone verify this, and if they can how much difference would that be? Also because the Tri-Core is ProRadius would that mean it has more flex than usual? How do you think I would adjust to the Inno's flex, should I go 220 or 260? flashgordon 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2004 I've used 260 flex True1s and Fused 1100 and actually don't notice that much difference between those and Easton 100 flex. My 300 flex 1100 shaft its much whippier of course. I'd go 260 - never used a 220 in inno but I think it'd be too much of a jump from Easton 85.
Dan_The_Man_16 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2004 Note: I am now beginning to find the Easton to whippy and am looking for something more similar to the TPS.
Eazy_b97 1 Report post Posted November 15, 2004 I'd say 260. The TPS stiff flex is a very stiff shaft, I do find that the Synthesis is about -5 compared to other standard shafts or OPS. My 260's felt a little under 100, but definately over 85's.
ambro 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2004 I agree. All of my Inno 260's are noticeably stiffer than my 85 L-2, and just a little stiffer than my Regular Xn10.
