Vector Gloves

Really? How junky - I don't like it. I'm going from a wide fit, Oakley 15 to this snug Vector 14. The difference is freaky. A guy on my team, however, likes them tight like that (he has these tiny things). I should ask him if he wants them (although, it's probably like anything else - use them for a while, and you get so used to them you couldn't see having it any other way).

As for the glove itself, the metalic braid stuff looks interesting, and the various flex zones in the cuff make for decent mobility. Overall, however, they don't seem like anything special. I'd rate them in the $40-50 range (although, I understand they are supposed to retail at $60 - fat chance folks will pay $60 for nylons).

Good finger mobility though (although, I don't like them pre-curved to that extreme). Good ability to "roll" hand within the glove too.

Protection seems reasonable - thick pads, padding along index finger (for slashing, and what not).
