Jakedajewler 1 Report post Posted September 20, 2011 Hey I have a bit of a noob question. I have always used once peice sticks, got sick of buying new ones last season so I decieded to cut off my dolomite when I cracked it and turn it into a shaft. It's worked great but the time has come to buy a new blade. I've used kovalev curves for the last 7-8 years but now i'm switching it up to a Bauer PM9. My question is, will the tapered bauer PM9 blade fit in the warrior dolomite tapered shaft. Is there any problems with mixing up the brands?
AIREAYE 248 Report post Posted September 20, 2011 No sir, as long as you pair tapered with tapered and traditional with traditional. The Vapor series of blades would be Bauer's option there whereas Supreme is traditional

Scotty 8 Report post Posted September 20, 2011 Yep, should fit fine, but it's hard to say for sure since it is a converted OPS to a shaft. If it's a hair too loose, wipe the blade tenon completely clean and apply a strip of tape or two, then re-apply glue and re-insert into the shaft. If it's just barely too tight, simply heat the shaft a bit more (within reason). If you've already had a tapered blade in there without issues, I'd imagine you'll be just fine. s_franchise 5 Report post Posted September 20, 2011 I think the only thing you might have trouble with is bauer blade tenons are longer than say a warriors. that might give you some trouble.
