Sending a stick back

Recommended Posts

The Manufacturer will send you back a similar product to the one you purchased, therefore you will not be able to request a different Curve.

You may in fact get whatever curve they feel like sending you but it will usually be the curve you had originally.

Hope this helps.

I was told differently by Bauer when I had broken a stick. You have to catch them before they send the stick out and you usually have to have a good reason/story for them to agree to it. I unfortunately did not catch it in time. It's worth a shot though.

Definately worth a shot, but from the manufacturer's standpoint, I'd be kinda iffy about the motives of the return. If I worked for manufacturer I'd be thinking that you just wanted to get a different curve and didn't want to buy a new stick.

I sent back a one95 I got on clearance, and they no longer had any in my specs. So, I called them and they let me pick out the flex I wanted, and curve. When the replacement came in, it was an x60. So its definitely worth a shot, some companies are very friendly.

Yup. If it is a discontinued model, then you will likely get a new one in that same price range but from the current "model year".

A friend sent back an X:60 two months ago before the APX was out. They sent him a TotalOne instead.
