Foot Width Narrow or Regular?

My feet measure 3 7/8th inches wide or roughly 3.875" is this considered narrow or regular width? Would it be considered a C with in CCM and a D with in vapors?

Pretty sure width by itself is meaningless alone. A size 4D isn't the same width as a size 8D.
