It's nice, I've been watching the free sections on it from the website and it helps.

It's alot of the fundamentals done very well and well demonstated...as a teaching aid I always found it very good.

I have seen the older VHS version, and it is very good. I especially like the slow motion shots where the stick bends almost 90 degrees during a slap shot.
