Lightspeed 2 Power Holder Broke.

Hey guys,

I recently cracked the left holder in my bauer 190's. A guy at the store tried to replace it by using a Lightspeed 2 holder (white one) but the blade was too big. After checking up on the internet and stuff it seem the power blades are made longer? Also, I couldn't find a power holder to fit my skates (Size 9.5, so I assume you'd need the 10 holder? 288mm)

Not sure what my options here now. I'm playing with a broken holder and the blade is loose.

1. Can I purchase a new power holder anywhere?

2. Can the blade fit another similar holder?

3. Can another holder and blade combo fit on the one90 skates?

just had the same thing happen to a customer. Pretty much you're SOL on staying with your current setup.

What you'll have to do is buy new steel (LS2, 2.1, LS3 or Fusion [2.1 will feel the closest to what you're at]).

And buy new LS2 holders.

The LSpower steel does not work in anything except an LSpower holder, and vice versa. Someone somewhere probably has what you're looking for still in stock, but, personally I would bother looking for it unless you're strapped for cash. The only places I think that could have it, and this is a stretch, would be Perianis, or hockeygiant. Then if they don't, start calling random shops and hope you get lucky. But they probably don't have it anymore.

To be honest, the older those things get, the faster they will break.

Just make the switch to LS2.
