Apparently to mark the 40th anniversary of the 1972 Summit Series, Putin and Harper will play on teams facing each other. Neither are any good. Could be funny.

In other news, the Government of Canada hastily introduces Stacey Roest as its newest ambassador to Burkina Faso. At least now we know why Putin has been recruiting retired national team players into his cabinet: all part of a long-term plan to gain revenge for the Summit Series by ruining Harper on the ice. Slava Fetisov has been tasked with sole responsibility for Operation KTFO.
