Bantam Team Wins Bauer Gear for Entire Team

So there's this country-wide contest in Canada where teams enter for some cool prizes. First prize was an all-expense paid trip for the entire team to a tournament in PEI. Pretty cool. But get second prize-brand new Bauer gear from helmet to skates for the entire team. Turns out my nephew's team in Hamilton won second. Big bus picks them up, takes them to Pro Hockey Life (for some made-up reason so the kids don't know what is happening) and then they are told they all get new Bauer gear. Decent stuff (5100 helmets, X-40 protective, X 5.0 skates, One60 sticks) especially when you keep in mind they are all 14-15 years old. Can you imagine?

Made a vid of it for them. Even managed to convince some of them to trade the 102 flex sticks they got for 77's. Had to offer my MSH two cents with all that gear

Great job Bauer, PHL. Excellent way to get 15 kids FOR SURE on yourside for life, not to mention everyone who thinks it was an awesome contest. The loyalty and positive PR pays for itself and then some...

Pretty cool on Pro Hockey life and Bauer to do that..
