sundinleafs137 13 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 Hello,I've been wearing nike's since the early 2000's and recently went from a pair nike flexlite 12's to bauer flexlite 4.0 pro's.I was expecting the fit and feel to be the same (assumed the pro's would be stiffer), just got these at a good price and figured I should buy them now before they're gone but after about 5 skates in them I have the worst pressure points and arch pain ever.My mid-foot and toes feel like they're swimming more than the 12's and my heel starts sliding up about 30min into a session. I suffer from plantar faciitis on a regular basis but never had an issue with it during a game until these skates. I have had them heat molded but they still feel like they just aren't meant for the shape of my foot which is wierd because the flexlite 12's were the most comfortable skate I wore.I would like to know if there's anyone on here that has these and has skated in them for a season or two. Will they settle in at all and I just ned to fight through them for some more sessions or are the "Bauer" branded flexlites a different make-up/design? Joonas #6 3 Report post Posted February 15, 2012 I've had these skates for the last 2-3 seasons. At first when I got them they made my feet hurt really bad, but I think it was more because I tied them so tight so there was a lot of pressure on the side of my both feet and that was the problem. Nowadays I don't tie them that tight, only around the ankle area and they feel really comfortable now. I don't know if this solves your problem, but that's my experience with these skates.
